Mazatlán is a destination that combines sun and beach with the architectural richness of its historic donwntown with details and finishes of neoclassical and French Baroque, which provide it with a unique beauty among the Mexican tourist destinations. Traversing Machado square will allow you to enjoy its gardens and its kiosk. Mazatlán has the right activity for you, the beauty of its natural attractions; its paradisiacal beaches, rich in marine fauna; the weather; the people; the gastronomy; the culture; the activities; the sports; the architecture and the nightlife will make of it one of your favorite places to visit

Created to celebrate the beginning of the 21st century, this elegant bronze sculpture depicts a Mazatlecan family looking outward with an air of optimism. Designed by Antonio López Sáenz, it is located on Avenida del Mar, steps from Shrimp Hill and the Genaro Estrada roundabout.

Enjoy a sensational live show, tropical cocktails, and an exquisite buffet of regional specialties at Mexican Fiesta. Featuring folk dance performances and festive traditional music, this promises to be a night you will fondly remember.

Situated 40 miles south of Mazatlán, El Rosario is one of the most faithfully-preserved mission towns in the region. The hometown of iconic singer Lola Beltrán, El Rosario is rich in history, its streets dotted with ancient missions and colonial manor houses with colorfully-tiled garden patios and lavish interiors.

With the longest coastal boardwalk and second-highest natural lighthouse in the world, Mazatlán is ideal for hiking and exploring. Delight in the abundant local flora and fauna on a hilly trek, or meditate before a magnificent sunset on a long beach stroll; many of Mazatlán’s most stunning attractions are free.

Lush and mysterious, Stone Island will captivate your senses. Beautiful virgin beaches stretch along the coast of the island, brimming with spectacular flora and fauna. A half-mile boat ride from Mazatlán, it feels worlds away. The six mile-long beach is ideal for leisurely strolls along the sand, where beautiful ocean views greet you on one side and local coconut groves on the other. Soft, rolling waves, fine sand, and the fertile natural landscape make for a peaceful, private environment.

This majestic cultural and historical site has stood the test of time and has endured to once again take “center stage” with all its glamour and grace as one of the most important theater venues in the Northwest of Mexico.
