Q. How do I navigate the "Ready When You Are" Player"?

Q. What software do I need to view the clips?
A. Flash 9 plug-in (or higher) is required and can be downloaded for free.

Q. What versions of Windows / Macintosh do I need to have installed?
A. Mac OS X (10.3 or higher) / Windows 2000, XP and Vista.

Q. Whats the difference between High and Low Resolution?
A. If you have high speed internet access (Cable, DSL, etcetera) you'll prefer viewing the presentation with a higher resolution. If you're using a dial-up connection, have an older computer or see a lack of quality (smooth playing), you should opt for the lower resolution version.

Q. How do I expand the presentation into full screen?
A. On the far right of the video player, look for the full screen icon.

Q. Are the "Ready When You Are Clips" available to download and view off line?
A. No. Not at this time. The clips are only available to view on the "Ready When You Are" online section.

Q. The "Ready When You Are" video is playing but I'm not heariing the audio.
A. Make sure you have your computer speakers turned on with the volume turned up. If you're using headphones, be sure that the're plugged into the output jack as in this example.

Q. Everything seems to be plugged in but I still don't hear any audio.
A. Check with your computer's manufacturer or technical support and see if the installed sound card supports more recent audio formats.

Q. Can I suggest an idea for any clips that I would like to see?
