Day 1: Arrive at Queen Alia International Airport, where you will be met and transferred to your hotel in Amman.

 

Day 2: After breakfast, take in the sights of Amman including a tour of the Citadel, National Museum, Roman Amphitheater, Folklore Museum and King Abdullah's Mosque. Overnight in Amma

 

Day 3: Visit Um Qais. Perched on a splendid hilltop overlooking the Jordan Valley and the Sea of Galilee, one can take in the sights and dine on the terrace of a fine restaurant with a breataking view of three countries. Continue on to Pella to see the excavated ruins from the Graeco-Roman period, the remains of a Chalcolithic settlement from the 4th millennium BC, the remains of Bronze and Iron Age walled cities and a small medieval mosque. Proceed to the Dead Sea Spa Hotel for a swim. Overnight in Amman.

 

Day 4: After breakfast, transfer to Jerash, a fine example of the grand provincial Roman urbanism that is found throughout the Middle East, which colonnaded streets, soaring hilltop temples, handsome theaters and city walls pierced by towers and gates. Transfer to Ajlun and visit the Ajlun Castle. Overnight in Amman.

 

Day 5: Enjoy a tour of Mount Nebo. After a visit to the Byzantine church, you will travel to Madaba to explore the Greek Orthodox Church of St. George, and the famous Madaba Mosaic Map. Proceed to Kerak. Transfer and stay overnight at Movenpick Petra Hotel.

 

Day 6: After breakfast, begin your day with a tour to the amazing Red Rose City of Petra. Enjoy the dazzling colors and rock formations, catch a glimpse of The Treasury and see the many outstanding architectural achievements. Overnight at Movenpick Petra Hotel.

 

Day 7: Transfer to Wadi Rum for a Bedouin jeep ride. Proceed to Araba Border for your departure.
