FARMINGDALE, NY (Jan. 2, 2019) – Building upon the VAX Hacks on-site training course offered at its 23rd annual Best of the Best conference and awards gala, Travel Impressions ( is launching #VAXFacts, a new Facebook social media series. Beginning January 4 and continuing every Friday through March 29, the program will arm agents with the tools they need to better navigate VAX VacationAccess.

Similar to the #DVF101 series launched shortly after the tour operator began offering Dedicated Vacation Flights (now Exclusive Nonstop Vacation Flights), this educational program will be aimed at providing easily digestible, bite-sized pieces of training to travel agents. Each Friday from January until March, travel agents will receive tips and shortcuts on the leading booking platform on their Facebook news feed.

The information shared will draw from the most commonly asked questions and will serve to clarify and even expand upon what is taught in the basic training sessions. In addition, new features of the booking platform and how to best use them will be highlighted, and step-by-step instructions for specific processes will be presented.

“Travel Impressions has always prioritized agent education to help our retail partners sell our destinations more effectively. Now, as we implement the enhanced functionality agents have been requesting, we’re committed to providing that same award-winning level of support with our VAX training initiatives,” said Scott Wiseman, president of Travel Impressions.

A look at registration, booking basics and price matches imparts insider knowledge to help agents maneuver through the booking platform with ease. The series also taps into group bookings, special requests and brand-new tools such as sending customized quote emails.

“Our new #VAXFacts series packages informative, knowledge-enhancing mini-lessons as easily digestible social media content to help our agent partners navigate the platform more efficiently and take full advantage of the new tools and capabilities available to them,” Wiseman added.

Follow #VAXFacts on for nothing but the facts on VAX all day every Friday this winter.
