Consumers Earn Up To $300 Booking Credit Plus Other Incentives
FARMINGDALE, NY (May 18, 2010) - Travel Impressions and the Barbados Tourism Authority have extended the booking window on the Spring to Barbados promotion to June 15, 2010 (from the original May 30, 2010 date), providing ample time for clients to book their Barbados getaway. The Spring to Barbados promotion provides up to a $300 booking credit; a Passport of Savings for ground activities; one free day car rental; and a Barbados Gourmet savings card. Travel must be completed by Dec. 18, 2010 to earn the incentives.
Through the Spring to Barbados promotion, travelers booking a minimum of five nights at participating properties will receive an instant booking credit of $150, $200 or $300 (varies according to hotel) which is deducted at the time the reservation is made. Upon check-in at the hotel, guests will receive the Passport of Savings, a voucher for one free day on a minimum three-day car rental and the Barbados Gourmet savings card offering a 20% discount at participating restaurants.
Travel Impressions offers Spring to Barbados packages at 20 participating properties. Sample starting rates for a five-night stay, quoted per person, based on double occupancy, and including the discount, are as follows:
- Amaryllis - from $399 (includes continental breakfast; price reflects a $150 booking credit)
- Colony Club - from $715 (includes buffet breakfast; price reflects a $200 booking credit)
- Hilton Barbados - from $811 (price reflects a $200 booking credit)
- Almond Beach Village - from $1,098 (all-inclusive stay; price reflects a $300 booking credit)
A Spring to Barbados vacation includes roundtrip airport/hotel transfers, hotel accommodations and hotel tax and service charges. Guests booking an all-inclusive hotel will also enjoy all meals, drinks and snacks, non-motorized watersports, daily activities, and nightly entertainment.
