Elements Bar, This inviting area off the main lobby is a wonderful precursor to Elements Bistro. Hours are Monday to Friday 11:30am-1:00am*, Saturday 4:00pm-1:00am, and Sunday 5:00pm-11:00pm. *Featuring a lunch buffet from 11:30am-2:00pm.  

Elements Bistro, The talented culinary team features authentic regional cuisine that is accompanied by a showcase of Canadian wines in the main dining room. Opened Monday to Friday 6:30am-2:00pm, 5:00pm- 10:00pm, Saturday 6:30am-10:00pm and Sunday 6:30am-8:00pm.
