The Bauer's 1940's facade was added to emulate a docking ship in both a tribute to Venice's renowned maritime history as well as a contemporary contrast to the Baroque architecture of S. Moise Church. The tale continues as you enter its hallowed halls, walked by royalty, legends and luminaries, and see for yourself an intriguing mix of interior decor. Ancient Venetian art in the form of a wall sketching, Murano glass chandeliers, sconces and sculpture, world-famous Venetian fabrics from the houses of Rubelli and Bevilacqua are all blended with European-style Art Deco furniture and accents as well as contemporary art by both local and international artists for a fresh atmosphere to engage in the culture, intellect, and glamour of Venice.

Deluxe, Average size is 25 - 32 square meters. Rooms overlooking the small side canal called Rio San Moise or frontal view of the Campo San Moise or typical Venetial street view called "calle". Individually styled decor and furnishings, with a mix of contempory or classic Venetian design. Balcony or terrace available on request. Italian marble bathroom, bathtub and handle shower, and closet. Some rooms with separate shower and/or Jacuzzi bathtub. Bedding: 1 king bed or 2 twin beds.  

Superior Suite, Average size is 54 - 70 square meters. European classic style Suites, with view of the private courtyard or on the small side canal Rio San Moise or with frontal view overlooking Campo San Moise. Individually styled decor and furnishings, with a mix of contempory or classic Venetian design. Most of them with separate bed and living room. Balcony available on request. Italian marble bathroom, bathtub and handle shower, and closet. Some Suites with separate shower and/or Jacuzzi bathtub. Suites with two bathrooms available on request. B-bar, The B-Bar welcomes guests every Tuesday - Sunday in an elegant lounge and cocktail setting with lively entertainment in the evenings. Creative cocktails, quality wines and the ever-present spritz...a traditional Venetian favorite, accompanied by light snacks are available for a refreshing respite to your day.  

Red Bar Canale, In the summertime, guests are invited to relax on the outdoor terrace with spectacular views of the Grand Canal and the Chiesa della Salute. the bartender is quoted and sought after for his cocktail creations, offers guests an array of tasteful choices, along with the Chef's a la carte menu of specialties and snacks.  

Restaurant De Pisis, The Chef has raised the bar on hotel dining in Venice. De Pisis, the Bauer's gourmet restaurant is augmented with the exquisite nature of terrace seating along one of the most spectacular sites in the world, Venice's Grand Canal, with a view of the famous Chiesa di Santa Maria della Salute in the distance. And for those who prefer the intimacy of interiors, the dining room is elaborately furnished in a style reminiscent of Venice's past. As for the food, the Chef remains true to his Italian roots and locale and serves some of the freshest finds enhancing their distinct flavors with Mediterranean essences and a dash of Asian influence. And did we mention experimentation...it's what keeps them all coming back for more. Romance...fine dining...exceptional seating...and a view!
