Payment & Cancellation Policies  

• Government and administrative fees apply for all wedding bookings that are 5 nights or less.  

• Payment policy for Beautiful Beginnings and Renewal of Vows is a $200.00 deposit within 7 days of booking. Final balance is due 60 days prior to travel.  

• A 50% deposit is due at time of booking; balance is due at 60 days.  

• Weddings are non-refundable at 45 days prior to arrival.  

• Government and administrative fees are additional.

• Ambassadors are available to assist non-English speaking guests.  

• Nurses Station is available to guests from Monday- Wednesday 8:00am-11:00pm and Thursday-Sunday 10:00am-6:00pm.  

• Doctor is available at an additional cost.  

• Orientation: Twice daily, 10:00am and 5:00pm for all guests in the lobby.  

• Tipping: Tipping is not allowed on the resort except for the butlers.  

• Departure Tax: departure tax is payable when leaving St. Lucia.  

• Shopping: stores are adjacent to the lobby. There is a variety of shopping options available on the resort, which include, a duty free jewelry store, a large gift shop, a duty free Sandals logo store & a sundries shop, (on the main pool deck behind Josephine's). Opening hours may vary by store but are generally daily from approximately 8:00am-8:00pm.

Smoking Policy Please be advised that effective May 1, 2006 all Sandals resorts will be non-smoking in any enclosed areas.  

Examples are bars, restaurants, lobbies, conference facilities, retail facilities and nightclubs. Smoking will be permitted in all open areas and designated rooms.

Suite Concierge Program  

• The Suite Concierge Center opens daily from 8:00am-8:00pm with a dedicated Concierge to assist with requests including excursions, restaurant and spa reservations and just about anything you need.  

• Preferred check-in for all guests booked in concierge accommodations either in the Suite or at the Suite Center including champagne upon arrival.  

• In-Suite bars with scotch, gin, vodka, rum, beer, red & white wine, champagne and assorted soft drinks and water.  

• Use of his/her robes.
