Deluxe Hillsde, rooms are extremely spacious and individually designed in a very airy style, with dramatic open roof dormers, clay floor tiles or tropical hardwood floor, wooden jalousie louvers, ceiling fans, balconies, very large ensuite bathrooms with 2 sinks, shower and water closet. Bedding: 1 king bed. View: Mountain or Ocean.  

Premium Room, rooms are the resort's best rooms (numbering only 7) which offer picture postcard perfect views by virtue of their very elevated and strategic location. Bedding: 1 king bed. View: Mountain or Sea.  

Please Note:  

• All Standard and Superior rooms have either clay tile or tropical hardwood floors, either glass or wooden jalousie louver windows, ceiling fans and balconies, en suite bathrooms with shower and water closet.  

• Effective 12/20/08 and onwards the Sky, Star, Moon and Sun Suites will be booked under the Jade Mountain (UVFJAD).  

• Anse Chastanet has 49 uniquely designed rooms 37 of which are scattered about a flower-decked hillside, and 12 of which are located within a tropical garden at beach level.  

• These rooms are built in harmony with nature, allowing for a natural flow of air which make air conditioning unnecessary.  

• Most rooms do NOT have air conditioning, radios, telephones or televisions.  

• Effective July 2009-onwards the Beachside Deluxe rooms are now air conditioned to cater to guests wishing to experience this amenity.  

All accommodations include: refrigerator, hairdryer, safe (in accommodation) and coffee/tea maker.

General Information:  

• All guests sharing a room must be on the same meal plan.  

Helicopter Transfers  

• The resort is now offering helicopter transfers at an additional cost.  

• The resort will book the guests transfers with the island's one and only helicopter company.  

• The company requires a minimum of 4 passengers booked on any given flight prior to them sending final con- firmation of the transfer to the resort which may only come to the resort the day prior of your arrival day.  

• As there is only one company they enjoy good steady demand and in 95% of all reservations, the final confirmation will come through.  

• The only way to guarantee a helicopter transfer until such a time, is if you wish to purchase a total of 4 seats and will guarantee this in case no other passengers will have booked.  

• As there is a limited amount of helicopters, please know that mechanical issues or weather related issues could always lead to last minute cancellation in which case the resort would automatically secure a land transfer for the guests.
