Beachcomber Grill, The Beachcomber Bar & Grill, nestled between the pool and the Gulf of Mexico, offers unique full service dining. Servers grate fresh asiago cheese on Caesar salads or fresh pepper and rock salt over a fresh Gulf fish sandwich. 24 Hour Room service is available.  

King Charles Ballroom, Sunday brunch in the highly acclaimed King Charles Ballroom combines gourmet delights and spectacular Gulf views with more than 180 delicious selections. Leisurely Sunday mornings are spent deciding whether to indulge first in made-to-order crepes, smoked salmon or fresh steamed shellfish.  

The Chef's Table, Guests are invited to enhance special evenings by dining with The Maritana Grille's Executive Chef Eric Neri and his gourmet staff. The culinary adventure begins once inside the swinging doors leading to the kitchen. As a heavenly aroma foretells what awaits the taste buds, 4 to 8 patrons are seated at a triangular table in a corner of The Martitana Grille kitchen, separated from the grill and preparation areas by a glass window enabling guests to preview the evening fare.  

The Maritana Grille, the signature Four Diamond restaurant the signature restaurant at The Don. Indulge in Floriddean temptations ranging from salmon to souffl, prepared over a pecan and cherry wood grill and served with more than 140 selections of fine wine. The Maritana Grille offers a warm atmosphere where jackets are definitely not required.
