• Villas accommodate up to 6 guests, regardless of whether it is an adult or child.  

Maximum Occupancy:  

• Three Bedroom Villa - 6 adults or 4 adults and 2 children.  

Three Bedroom Villa, Each villa comprises three spacious and luxuriously furnished air conditioned bedrooms with fans and own en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom offers views of the sea. All the villas have a personal safe, computer data ports, private infinity pool and a very spacious and modern kitchen, including a separate cooler for wines. All the villas have three large bedrooms each with en- suite bathrooms. The "Blue Room" and the "Coral Room" both have generously sized private balconies, whilst the "Beige Room", with its super large 7 foot wide bed, opens on to the verandah.  

Lie on your bed and enjoy views of the Caribbean sea to one side and the Bird Sanctuary nature reserve on the other. Bedding: 3 king beds.  

All accommodations include: balcony or lanai (patio), radio, air conditioning, hairdryer, shower, iron, television (remote controlled, cable), maid service, bedding (premium), crib (on request), CD player, refrigerator, housekeeping (daily), smoke detector, ironing board, microwave, wake-up calls, alarm clock, ceiling fan, accommodations (non-smoking), desk, safe, internet access (high speed, wireless), telephone, kitchen (full) and coffee/tea maker.

Specific bedding and/or special requests are fulfilled based on availability and cannot always be guaranteed.  

The Pavilion Bar, serves up both local and international drinks and cocktails, along with a full bar menu and light snacks. Bar is open from 12:00pm-9:30pm. Happy Hour from 5:30pm-6:30pm, daily specials include two for one drinks.  

The Pavilion Restaurant, serving local and international cuisine for lunch and dinner, except Mondays. Lunch from 12:00pm-3:00pm and dinner from 7:00pm-9:30pm. Happy Hour from 5:30pm-6:30pm. Dress code for lunch is casual and dress code for dinner is casual elegant. Reservations are not required but recommended especially during peak times (Christmas, New Years, Valentines, etc.)  

Please Note:  

• There is no meal plan available, but each villa has its own housekeeper who, on request, will cook and serve local dishes. Although superbly suited to self-catering, guests can choose to take a light lunch in the restaurant or perhaps a candlelight dinner preceded by cocktails and a beautiful sunset. The daily menu can also be served in the privacy of your villa.
