An attractive group of 16 villas combining the best of private living arrangements with hotel services. 14 of the villas are rented only to a single party - available as a 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, or 3-bedroom unit. Those villas are designed around a private pool. By exception, 2 villas have been divided into 2 separate units... a studio with an outdoor Jacuzzi, and a 2-bedroom suite with a private pool. All offer water views and most with panoramic vistas of Orient Beach and nearby islands. Gorgeous landscaping surrounds each villa. All units are equipped with deluxe appointments including full size appliances, and a compact hi-fi entertainment center. Situated within 500 yards of Orient Beach, considered among the best anywhere, guests will find excellent watersports facilities and beach restaurants. Orient Beach is also very French with swimming and sunbathing au natural enjoyed by many visitors.

Early check-in/check-out policy: . A late fee will apply for guests who check out after 3:00pm.

• Children 2 years old and under are free, but are charged for bed or crib.  

Maximum Occupancy:  

• One Bedroom Villa - 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child. Two Bedroom Villa - 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Three Bedroom Villa - 6 adults or 4 adults and 2 children.  

One Bedroom Villa, All 1, 2, and 3 bedroom villas have the same description. If someone gets a 1 Bedroom or 2 Bedroom, they get the whole villa (they lock out the extra bedrooms) so the 1, 2 and 3 Bedroom villas have the same amenities (kitchen, living room, pool/deck, etc.)

Three Bedroom Villa, Please see the description listed under the 1-Bedroom Villas. Bedding: 1 king bed or 2 twin beds.
