The Hotel Beach Plaza features 144 rooms divided into three buildings linked together by a covered wooden footbridge and served by two elevators.  

All rooms feature either two twin beds or one king bed. based on availability and cannot always be guaranteed.  

Islandview, Road side, overlooking Marigot town, lush mountains and the Simpson Bay Lagoon.  

Oceanfront, Sea front, overlooking the island of Anguilla.  

Oceanfront Suite(*), Living room with sofa bed, spacious bathroom and a very large terrace.

Offers semi-gastronomical menus, and half board can be provided at hotel. Closed seasonally (see misc. info listed below). *There is a Buffet twice a week with musical background.

• Le Corsaire Restaurant will be closed each year seasonally (see travel windows listed below), during this time breakfast buffet will still be available. For 2009: closed from 09/05/09-10/11/09 For 2010: closed from 09/01/10-10/16/10  

The Hurricane Guarantee Plan  

• In the event the island of St. Martin is under a Hurricane Warning/Watch the following program will apply at the hotel:

• If guests have to cancel their trip to St. Martin due to a hurricane warning/watch, there will be no cancellation penalty.  

• In the event that guests require an earlier departure due to hurricane warning/watch, all non-used nights and non-used purchased meal plans will be refunded.  

• In the event that guests are unable to leave the hotel due to the St. Martin Airport closure or cancellation of outbound flights due to a Hurricane warning, those customers will receive up to three nights accommodation of their stay at no cost. Any additional nights are at contract rates.  

• This "Hurricane Guarantee Plan" will help customers book their trips to St. Martin with more confidence. The hotel recognizes the cost and consequences of Hurricanes, and even though service standards and levels may be disrupted the hotel pledges to assist guests to the best of their abilities during such events.
