One Bedroom Suite, 780 square-foot one-bedroom suites comfortably accommodate a couple or a family of 4 with its king bed or 2 double beds in the master bedroom and 2 murphy beds in the living room.  

Two Bedroom Suite, The two-bedroom suites have over 1,000 square feet of living space. It accommodates 4 to 6 people with its king bed or 2 double beds in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the second upstairs bedroom and 2 murphy beds.  

All accommodations include: balcony (some accommodations), kitchen (European style), maid service (daily), dishwasher and hairdryer.

With some of the best views and tropical casual cuisine and drinks to be found anywhere on the West Coast, you have truly found the allure of The Riviera right here on Longboat Key. A newly added awning makes dining outdoors everyday a reality. From early afternoon to late at night The Monkey Room Patio transports you to a different place each time. All day dining 11:30 am to closing.  

The Monkey Room Bar, Adjacent to The Monkey Room is The Monkey Room Bar with charismatic bartenders serving incredible exotic drinks such as the Screaming Yellow Monkey cocktail or your favorite martini along with great entertainment. This is one of the most comfortable lounges in town and definitely the place to be and be seen. Enjoy live entertainment nightly. Open daily 11:30 am to closing.  

Tastebuds, Tastebuds Gourmet Market and Wine Shop is a connoisseur's delight - from gourmet sandwiches and prepared items, specialty foods, made-to-order picnics and gift baskets and more. Hot from The Colony's Pastry Shop are a wide variety of baked goods including cookies, muffins and croissants. Tastebuds also offers an extensive selection of fine wines from The Colony Dining Room's wine list, offering one of this nation's finest selections of wines. Open 7:00am-9:00pm Sunday-Thursday, 7:00am-10:00pm Friday & Saturday. Deli counter closes one half hour before store closes.  

The Colony Dining Room, Contemporary Continental, not only inventive, fresh and seasonal but true to the many indigenous local ingredients such as fruits, heirloom vegetables and seafood caught just that day off shore. You'll also enjoy one of the nation's finest wine lists and well trained wait staff. Open daily for lunch, dinner and Sunday Brunch.

The Monkey Room, The executive chef and his culinary team skillfully navigate their way around the oceans, so expect this regional as well as international fare to be aromatic, delectable, beautifully presented and diverse. Flavorful dishes featuring creative island influenced cuisine. The Monkey Room's ambiance is one that is gracious yet spirited and energetic all at the same time. Just perfect for parties of all ages and sizes. Open for breakfast Monday-Saturday (Sunday Continental only) and dinner.
