Water Park Slyder's Water Playground The water playground is a new feature (opened April 2009) that offers three water slides, a ribbon pool, wading pool, over sized hot tub, nine cabanas, fountains, fire pits and Shubee's Bar and Cafe.

Standard, partial ocean or tranquility garden view and measures approximately 426 square feet. Each standard room is richly yet subtly appointed. The distinctive Andalusian inspired furnishings and original artwork exudes a warm and elegant ambiance. Bedding: 1 king bed or 2 queen beds.  

Deluxe King(*), either a partial ocean or tranquility garden view and measures approximately 523 square feet. The Deluxe rooms are a larger version of the standard guest rooms with the same level of luxury and comfort but with additional touches. Adding to the relaxed environment, the room has an extra chair and sofa, as well as a two-sink vanity in the bathroom. Bedding: 1 king bed.

Surf City Grocers, Stop by the island-style shop, located on the Retail Plaza, for a tempting selection of ready-made snacks, sandwiches, treats and more. Pack a romantic picnic for two-including a bottle of California wine - pick up everything you need to roast S'mores around the fire pits, or get energized with a freshly brewed cup of Coffee. Surf City is perfect for our guests on the go, whether you are heading out for a day of sightseeing or heading straight for a beach chair.

Mankota's Grill, This pool grill is nestled into the landscape and provides casual dining in an intimate patio setting. An outdoor fireplace also accents this eatery. In addition to the provided seating, the grill provides poolside food and beverage service.  

Pete Mallory's Surf City Sunset Grille, It is the original site of Mallory's Surfboards Factory, now known as Surf City Sunset Grille. The place was re-built with fond memories of the surfer himself and the nostalgia that is Huntington Beach. Serving lunch, dinner and cocktails in a casual and fun surf themed atmosphere. Both indoor and outdoor seating available. An outdoor fireplace will accent the deck area.  

Red Chair Lounge, A favorite of both guests and locals alike, this cozy lounge offers a comfortable spot in which to catch up with friends, play Billiards and reflect on another enchanting Southern California day. Sample your favorite vintage from the impressive collection of boutique California wines, or allow the talented bartender to create one of our signature cocktails or martinis. Prefer something a little more bubbly?? Indulge in a bottle of Champagne, alluringly priced at half-off each evening. The centerpiece of our bar is, of course, The Red Chair. Sink into the welcoming leather and relax in front of the fireplace. The Huntington Beach bar also offers seating in the beautiful California Courtyard, with views of the Pacific Ocean, making this an ideal location to catch an impressive sunset.

Patron's Room, Enjoy an intimate evening in the company of friends in the exclusive surroundings of the Patron's Room, immediately adjacent to the resorts main kitchens and designed to compliment the Andalusian inspired architecture. With the Chef's Table, you will be treated to an exquisite menu created and executed by the resort's Executive Chef. This is an intimate and truly gourmet experience guaranteed to delight even the most jaded palate. Patron's Room will seat up to 12 people.  

The Californian, The resort's signature restaurant, will provide guests with spectacular cuisine in a dramatic setting. Overlooking the California Courtyard with its spectacular ocean views, vibrant reflecting pool, fountains, palm trees and lush gardens. The Californian will serve contemporary Californian cuisine in a warm Southern Californian ambiance, complete with a fireplace and vaulted ceilings.  

• This restaurant features a vast collection of high-brand and boutique wines from the Californian wineries. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with indoor and outdoor seating, the restaurant also boasts a private dining room for intimate gatherings.  

Tower 15 Pizzeria, the newest addition to the enticing mix of restaurants is Tower 15 Pizzeria. Enjoy freshly prepared California-style thin crust pizza by the slice or pie. Top it off with your favorite additions, or choose from our extensive menu of specialty pizzas. Dine in and try a couple of different flavors, or take your pizza with you on your adventures around the resort.
