Early check-in/check-out policy: If passengers want early check-in they should book the room for the night before in order to have this guaranteed. If passengers want a late check-out, they may do so day of departure and only if available. They may stay until 1:00pm, check-outs any longer than that would be assessed either a full day or half day hotel room rate.  

Children Policy:  

• Children under 18 years of age are complimentary in their parent's room, when utilizing existing bedding (except for the Club guestrooms).  

• In Club guestrooms there is an additional charge for children 5-17 years of age.

Oceanview, Guestroom with full views of the Atlantic Ocean and Isla Verde Beach (400 square feet).

Ritz-carlton Club Guestroom City View(*), Overlooks theresidential area of Isla Verde and the nearby airport (has no oceanview).

Rollaway Bed Information:  

• Rollaway Beds may be provided for an additional nightly charge in Suites only, with a maximum of 1 rollaway bed per Suite. Fire safety codes do not permit this service in rooms with 2 double beds. Please note: king bedded rooms feature a love seat that folds out into a bed, which will eliminate the need for rollaway beds.

Holiday Period Restrictions 2009:  

• For the Holidays mentioned below additional restrictions will apply:  

President's Week, 02/11/09-02/17/09 Easter, 04/05/09-04/12/09 Thanksgiving, 11/24/09-11/30/09  

The restrictions are as follow:  

• The hotel will only allow a maximum of 3 people per guestroom regardless of age (including children and infants) in a double bedded room and a maximum of 2 people in a king size bedded room, including suites.  

• During these dates you may add extra nights (based on availability), but may not change dates or drop nights without penalty.  

• For the same period the hotel will not guarantee requests for connecting or adjoining rooms and for rooms with double beds. Every effort will be made to meet these requests, but they cannot and will not be confirmed before the guests check in.  

Transfer Options Guests have an option of booking at an additional cost three different transfer options:  

• 1) A transfer offered by the tour operators transfer company (the regular contracted ground transfer). 2) Sedan Transfer: A transfer offered by hotel - a private transfer for one to four passengers. 3) Private Limousine: A transfer offered by hotel - a private transfer for up to 6 passengers.
