Location:  

• The Normandie Hotel is located between the Condado Area (approximately 1 mile away) and the Old San Juan Area (approximately 2.5 miles)  

Pet Policy & Information:  

• The hotel only allows dogs less than 40 pounds. The client would have two options to choose from depending on their budgets. If the guest would like to participate in the full program the hotel will offer the usual amenities at the cost of $35.00 per dog plus applicable taxes. The VIP Pet charge includes one comfy bed for the dog, plates for food and water, one dog cookie and one toy. If the client does not wish to participate they can provide a $50.00 deposit which will be held until inspection of the room upon check-out. This will guarantee us the condition of the room. If the guests' pet has not mistreated the furniture and carpets than the amount will be refunded.  

Please note for reservations including a pet:  

• When this type of reservation is book the agents must follow procedure by indicating that a pet will be in the room in the "special request" area of the reservation (noted with the word PET).  

• They must also enter a trace on the date the guest arrives informing the front desk of the pet's arrival and if they will participate in the program. The trace must be clear and understandable.
