The Lazy Parrot offers its guests daily continental breakfast, while Smilin' Joe's Restaurant brings Asian Fusion to the tropics. Joe's Rum Shack, located poolside, is a favorite for burgers, sandwiches, appetizers and sushi. Value Room, These are the rooms that guests have loved for years in the original Lazy Parrot building that you see when you arrive on Route 413 with easy access to Smilin' Joe's Restaurant and Sea Glass Bar.  

If you want to experience a traditional Caribbean Bed and Breakfast Inn - these are the rooms for you!  

Each room is slightly different - but all offer one of the best hotel values in Rincon. Rooms all have either a deck, patio or balcony.  

The are no oceanviews from the Value Rooms - but you can go to the balcony, deck, front porch or Smilin' Joe's to get a glimpse of the ocean in the distance. Bedding: 1 king bed or 1 queen bed or 2 full beds or 2 queen beds.  

Poolside Room, These are the brand new "resort-style" rooms overlooking the pool on the lower level of the Lazy Parrot. If you want an upscale, relaxing retreat, away from the busy beach scene - these rooms are perfect for you.  

Balcony Poolside Rooms are located on two floors directly above the office, lobby, shop, breakfast room, pool, Jacuzzi and The Rum Shack Restaurant/Bar. Free Wi-Fi internet access is available just downstairs in the lobby.  

Designed with an "Executive Caribbean" decor, these are large rooms have all our standard amenities plus upgraded bed/linens, flat-screen television and large balcony with comfortable chairs and views of the ocean/sunset in the distance. Bedding: 1 king bed or 2 queen beds.
