Temazcal is an ancient native purifying and detoxifying bath ritual performed in an igloo-like structure and led by a shaman (native doctor). Tabacon's Huey Temazcal Aahuatlan is the first of its kind in Costa Rica and the only one in the world embedded in the energy of an active volcanic environment.
