The 14-story, 190-suite Sonesta Jaco Resort is scheduled to open early in 2009. This spectacular destination resort is located in the legendary beach town of Jaco (pronounced "hawko"), less than 90 minutes from San Jos, the capital of Costa Rica. A condo-hotel, the resort is being developed by Riverside Developers and will be managed by Sonesta Collection: Hotels, Resorts, Cruises.  

Sonesta Jaco Resort will offer panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and Costa Rica's tropical forests, all within a secure, gated community. The one- and two-bedroom units at the resort will offer hotel guests luxurious appointments including a modern gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, marble bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, ceramic tile floors and nine-foot ceilings. Each suite will include an infinite edge hot tub on every balcony. The resort will feature a tropical-style waterfall swimming pool, 400-foot lazy river pool and sundeck, children's pool, beach club and a very special Costa Rican destination spa.  

Costa Rica has been called an "ecological wonderland," a destination for visitors to enjoy the wonders of a tropical paradise. In fact, canopy tours through the rain forest are available just minutes from the resort. The resort also offers convenient access to famous beaches on Costa Rica's Central Pacific Coast like Playa Hermosa, Manuel Antonio and Esterillos.

Premium Two Bedroom Suite, Luxurious two bed- room suite with king size bed and walk in closet in each bedroom. 2 full bathrooms with marble top vanities, living room, designer kitchen with granite counter top, spectacular Jacuzzi on a large balcony and hotel amenities. 1160 sq. ft.  

All accommodations include: smoke detector, ironing board, air conditioning, bathtub, radio, data ports, safety deposit box, internet access, kitchen (full), sprinkler system, CD/DVD player, alarm clock, ceiling fan, rollaway bed (on request), hairdryer, shower, iron, telephone, Jacuzzi, balcony or patio, maid service, coffee/tea maker, room service, heating and television.
