Acuarelas(*), An elegant restaurant, glassed in from ceiling to floor, has one of the most amazing views of the volcano. Observe the eruptions as you peruse a menu of fine food and drink. The specialty is their variety of steak dinners, but they serve typical and international meals as well. If you prefer to dine in private, room service is available. They also have a fully stocked bar to add to your dining experience.
