Tusca Restaurant, Hyatt Regency Monterey's restaurant has a menu inspired by Tuscan cuisine, focusing on sophisticated but authentic flavors and fresh seasonal products. The restaurant design features an open kitchen with wood burning ovens and a wine bar with a floor to ceiling collection of local and international wines, plus a cheese bar and a private dining room.

In addition to the Pebble Beach course, Spanish Bay, Spyglass Hill, Poppy Hills, Bayonet & Blackhorse, Quail Lodge and many other courses are just minutes from the property.
