Benatino Bar, The crowd in Benatino Bar is an interesting mix of local businesspeople, hotel guests, shoppers and residents who share a taste for relaxed sophistication. A satisfying selection of snacks is available, but the real attractions are local cocktails such as the Chilean Pisco Sour and international classics such as the famous Cosmopolitan - made even more interesting with Chilean cranberries.

Bice Restaurant, Bice La Trattoria is committed to preserving Italian culinary traditions, but Chef Walter Monticelli isn't shy about adding his own creative touches. Eighty percent of his ingredients come from Chile to ensure freshness, which you'll definitely discern in dishes such as the Caesar Salad with goat cheese, bacon, baked grapes and candied tomatoes. The Ossobuco and the famous Cioccolatissimo are specialties of note. Open for lunch and dinner.

La Terraza Restaurant, La Terraza's location just off the lobby gives it a cosmopolitan, energetic ambiance, yet it's quiet enough for conversation and relaxation. You'll find this casual restaurant a convenient option for breakfast, and the lunch and dinner menus feature favorites such as the classic Caesar Salad with chicken, the sauteed beef billet, the Risotto and pizza. Nightly live music is a welcome accom- paniment. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
