Corkscrew, Casual, outdoor poolside restaurant featuring burgers, fresh fish sandwiches, garden salads, wraps and refreshing frozen cocktails. Bar is open from 11:00am to sunset.

Tanglewood, A relaxed atmosphere serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Tarpon Bay, Featuring fresh local and regional seafood, prepared with emphasis on creativity and quality, including a Ceviche Bar with seven variations daily. Open daily for diners looking for a Florida experience. There is a full-service bar with live Caribbean music on Saturday nights.
