• The hotel discourages Spring break and multiple student reservations. The Hotel reserves the right to deny lodging to any reservations of this type.  

• The hotel will provide a guest waiting facility for late departing and early arriving clients, should the need arise.  

• Villa Del Mar Beach Resort & Spa (VDM) and Villa Del Palmar - Puerto Vallarta (VDP) have use of the same facilities. The only difference is that Villa Del Palmar - Puerto Vallarta is near the beach/pool area & the Villa Del Mar Beach Resort & Spa is near the street area.  

• Villa Del Mar Beach Reaort & Spa (PVRVDM) and Villa Del Palmar Beach Resort & Spa (PVRVDP) are right next to each other, only separated by a gym.  

Smoking Policy  

• Please note that all the roomsare non-smoking rooms. Although smoking is not permitted within the rooms, guests who smoke are permitted to do so outside in their room balconies and/or other designated areas such as restaurants etc.
