Please Note:  

• Tee times will be available after 10:30am in high season (November 1 to April 30) and after 9:30am in low season (May 1 to October 31). Tee times are subject to space and availability.  

• Tee times can only be reserved 30 days prior to client's arrival. They can be pre-arranged at teetimesvallarta@palaceresorts.com or by fax at fax: 011-52-322-228-8478. Office hours are from 9:00am to 6:00pm.  

• All adults sharing the same room must pay the golf package rate. It cannot be sold separately.  

• Unused rounds of golf due to weather conditions or for any other reason are nonrefundable. No rain checks will be provided.  

• Golf package applies to guests paying the adult rate. Children ages 13 to 17 must be booked as adults to receive the golf package.

Single Parent Policy A single parent traveling with a child must be booked as a double. Kid's Club The Kid's Club is open daily for children 4 to 12 years old. Parents can drop them off between the working hours and lunch and dinner is provided to the kids if they are at the kid's club during lunch or dinner. It is about the size of a classroom and has toys and elements to keep the kids entertained aside from the program that is detailed in the attachment.
