Oasis Bar & Grille, Enjoy a "wrap" or burger poolside at the Oasis Bar & Grille. Listen to the sounds of live calypso music Friday, Saturday and Sunday from noon to 5:00pm at the Oasis Bar & Grille. Let the water misters energize you, while you sip frozen drinks and sample treats from their menu. No Shirt. No Shoes. Great Service! Open Monday-Friday 10:00am and Saturday-Sunday 8:00am.

Colibri Grille, Traditional Mexican Cuisine. Appealing to south-of-the-border food aficionados, this Mexican restaurant features a menu featuring tastes of the culinary regions of Mexican. The Colibr Grille offers outdoor terrace dining with a fireplace and views of the Santa Rosa Mountains. The staff and Chef takes you on a journey to Mexico without leaving town. The Colibri Grille also offers a beverage menu, which includes Margaritas, special Latin favorites, and Latin wines. Open for Lunch and Dinner.

Lakeview, At Lakeview, you'll find comfort food at down-home prices. Here, guests will choose from Mighty Meatloaf to Rotisserie Chicken to Slow-Roasted Baby Ribs. You'll also find sandwiches, salads and soups. Each week, Lakeview also showcases a Sunday Brunch. With home-style cooking and relaxed atmosphere, it's one of the perfect places for food, friends and family. Open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner at 7:00am.

Mikado, Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi Bar. The tradition of Samurai chefs lives on at Mikado where knife-twirling chefs use fire and steam to create a menu of steak, chicken and seafood delights accompanied by vegetables and sauces. The highlight of the meal is the talent of the chef as he chops, juggles, jokes and prepares a meal right before your eyes. East meets west at this sushi bar, where you can relax and enjoy some of the freshest foods and Japanese garden views. Open Sunday-Thursday 6:00pm and Friday-Saturday 5:30pm.

Ristorante Tuscany, Ristorante Tuscany offers an array of antipastas, soups, salads and side dishes. The menu changes monthly to offer some of the freshest ingredients of each season of Italy's Northern Region. Indulge in a tasting of delights with Ristorante Tuscany's seasonal changing menu.

Seagrille, for coastal cuisine the SeaGrille will have you hooked. This is dining with live jazz piano music and one of the most unique Martini bars in town. Dive into some of the freshest seafood available from coastal regions around the world, as well as chicken, beef and lamb-prepared with ingredients all set against lake and mountain views. Open nightly at 5:30pm.
