Oceanview Penthouse(*), Each penthouse has three bedrooms and three and a half baths with 3,400 to 3,700 square feet of living space, which includes 900 to 1,200 square feet of wrap-around terrace. All have plunge pools, private sun deck, and outdoor spa tub and shower. All have a private elevator to the residences and all have full kitchens.
