Le Bar Long, A place to meet and talk, this bar offers a vibrant atmosphere, a unique design and a fabulous collection of artwork. For this space, designer Philippe Starck wanted to break with convention, the repetitive face-to-face layout between patrons and a bartender behind the bar. This is a place where people stop, talk, read and enjoy the great classics of luxury hotel bars or chic tapas, all served with original cocktails.

Il Carpaccio, The Italian restaurant, first opened its doors in 1983, and has since established itself as a true institution. The delectable and sophisticated cuisine uses the freshest seasonal produce and the best traditional recipes from Italys many regions. Pastry Chef has successfully reinterpreted many of Italys wonderful desserts and the outstanding sommelier shares with great pleasure his passion for Italian wines. The intimate dining room draws on a Sicilian baroque style with an extravagant shell decor on the walls, opening onto a lovely glass conservatory drenched in light. Two contemporary artists have created unique works of art that add to the Italian theme. During warm weather, you can dine on the terrace overlooking beautiful gardens.

La Cuisine, Every morning, the Parisian palace offers a delicious buffet with carefully selected products, much to the delight of the guests. Tasty creations are prepared on-site daily by chef and guests can enjoy organic eggs, muesli, selections from Eric Kaysers bakery, organic tea, freshly-squeezed fruit juice, gluten-free selections and an array of alternative milk options, from coconut and almond to rice and soy. The brunches are gourmet adventures, elevated with select products from talented and passionate craftsmen. The vast selection of desserts by world-renowned Pastry Chef is not to be missed, including his delightful macarons and delicious pastries such as the emblematic Ispahan cake and rose perfumed macaron biscuit. Every Saturday during brunch, the most artistic Parisian palace offers creative and playful activities for its youngest guests, animated by Les ateliers de Macha.  

• Linked with current exhibitions in the City of Light, little guests will discover the universe of artists including Paul Klee, Stephane Calais, Seydou Keita and le Douanier Rousseau. Complementing the cuisine, a magnificent fresco - titled A Garden in Paris, by French artist Stephane Calais - graces the ceiling. Matsuhisa Paris, opened in March 2016, under the expertise of Executive Chef and his team of sushi masters. Matsuhisa Paris brings a highly contemporary vision of Japanese cuisine: a gastronomic encounter between Asia and Latin America, two cultures dear to the heart of Nobu himself. The extensive and original menu at Matsuhisa Paris offers a unique Peruvian-Japanese culinary experience with a bespoke array of chef's legendary signature dishes including: Albacore Tuna Sashimi with Jalapeno Peppers, Black Cod with Miso, and Sashimi Tacos as well as traditional sushi. Chef has also worked with exquisite French delicacies to offer one of a kind dishes such as Algae Tacos with Black Truffle, Crispy Oysters with Caviar, Wagyu Beef with Foie Gras Ravioli and Ponzu sauce or wasabi and aioli sauces. All the dishes are complemented by a sophisticated menu of sake and exotic cocktails designed to perfectly blend with chef's culinary journey.  

Terrace Garden, In fine weather, meals can be enjoyed in the beautiful Terrace Garden. The garden defines the very essence and identity of Le Royal Monceau, Raffles Paris it flourishes and transforms throughout the day and the seasons. A unique teapot sculpture by the artist Joana Vasconcelos adds an additional touch of magic to the site.
