1 Bedroom Garden Cottage Suite, located on the 2nd floor of each cottage building and offers views of the resort gardens. Each one-bedroom garden cottage features 2 private lanais, a kitchenette, 2 bathrooms, a living area with queen-size sofa bed and double day bed and a separate bedroom with king-size bed.  

Oceanfront, Rooms are 330 square feet and feature a private lanai.

1 Bedroom Oceanfront Cottage Suite, Located on the 2nd floor of our oceanfront cottage buildings and offer full ocean views from inside the cottage. Each one-bedroom oceanfront cottage features two private lanais, a kitchenette, two bathrooms, a living area with queen-size sofa bed and double day bed, and a separate bedroom with 1 king bed.  

2 Bedroom Garden Cottage Suite, Located ground level amongst the resort gardens and feature an oversized private lanai, a kitchenette, 3 private bathrooms, a living room area and 2 bedrooms. Bedding includes 1 king bed, 2 twin beds and 1 queen-size sofa bed.  

1 Bedroom Oceanfront Molokai Suite, Located on the 3rd through 12th floors of the 12-story Lahaina Kai Tower with full ocean and sunset views from inside the suite. Suites offer separate living and bedroom areas with one bathroom and two lanais. Bedding: 1 king bed and 1 sofa bed (queen).  

1 Bedroom Oceanfront Lanai Suite, Located on the 6th through 12th floors of the 12-story Lahaina Kai Tower with full ocean and sunset views from inside the suite. Suites offer separate living and bedroom areas with 2 bathrooms and 3 lanais. Bedding: 1 king bed and 1 sofa bed (queen).  

2 Bedroom Oceanfront Molokai Suite, located on the 3rd through 12th floors of the 12-story Lahaina Kai Tower with full ocean and sunset views from inside the suite. Two-bedroom Molokai suites are one-bedroom Molokai suites connected with an ocean view room. Two-bedroom Molokai suites offer a separate living and bedroom area with 2 bathrooms and 3 lanais. Bedding: 1 king bed, 2 double beds and 1 sofa bed.  

2 Bedroom Oceanfront Lanai Suite, 2 Bedroom Oceanfront Lanai Suites are located on the 6th through 12th floors of the 12 story Lahaina Kai Tower with full ocean and sunset views from inside the suite. 2 Bedroom Lanai Suites are 1 Bedroom Lanai Suites connected with an oceanfront room. 2 Bedroom Lanai Suites offer a separate living and bedroom area with 3 bathrooms and 4 lanais. Cottage Rooms Nestled amongst the resort's tropical gardens and oceanfront lawns are unique and intimate cottage accommodations.  

Room amenities include: air conditioning, refrigerator, safety deposit box, ceiling fans, coffee makers, television, in-room movies ($), radio, ironing board with iron, telephone. Cribs and rollaways at additional charge. Only 1 rollaway per room.  

There is a charge for guests wishing to utilize the Royal Lahaina Resort inhouse internet provider service for extended periods of time. The cottages offer only wireless high-speed access. Cost is as follows:

Lahaina Kai Tower The 12-story Lahaina Kai Tower is the hub of the resort, housing the lobby and registration desk, Royal Ocean Terrace Restaurant and Lounge, and over 350 Hawaiian-decor guest rooms and suites.  

Room amenities for the Lahaina Kai Tower include plush Presidential Diamond Suite Beds with feather-tops, 330 thread count Egyptian cotton linens in guestrooms, 550 thread count Egyptian cotton linens in Suites, 32" high-definition flat screen television, sound system with iPod and MP3 player ports, cordless phone with voice mail options, central air conditioning, in-room electronic safe ($), mini refrigerator, coffee maker with complimentary coffee & tea, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, in-room movies ($), private lanai.  

In the Lahaina Kai Tower, rollaway beds are only permitted in king bedded rooms.

The Royal Scoop & Internet Cafe, The old-fashioned ice cream parlor and coffee shop offer homemade ice cream and frozen yogurt, specialty coffee drinks, a variety of muffins and other specialty breakfast choices, deli sandwiches for lunch or pizza delivery for dinner. Eight High-Speed internet terminals are also available for  

Royal Ocean Terrace Lounge, Full-service, open-air poolside lounge, offers views of the ocean and the neighboring islandsof Lanai and Molokai. Serves a variety of tropical drinks.  

Basil Tomatoes Italian Grille, Located at the entrance to the Royal Lahaina and overlooking the Kaanapali North Golf Course and the Maui coastline, this open-air establishment serves a variety of Italian specialties with an Island flair.

No Smoking Policy:  

• The Royal Lahaina Resort is a 100% non-smoking hotel. Smoking is permitted outside of the Resort at least 20 feet away from all entrances and doorways. A $200.00 cleaning fee will be charged to those who violate this policy. The fee will be assessed by the hotel and charged to the guest's folio. Cleaning fee is subject to change without notice.
