Partial Oceanview, The rooms will have a limited view of the ocean from the lanai. This room is located in all wings. Bedding: 1 king bed and 1 single day bed or 2 double beds.  

Oceanview, This room category typically offers a view of the ocean from within the room. This room is located in the Maui, Kauai, and Lanai wings. Bedding: 1 king bed and 1 single day bed or 2 double beds.  

Oceanfront(*), This category of room faces the ocean directly in the Kaua'i and Moloka'i wings just a few yards from the beach. Bedding: 1 king bed and 1 single day bed or 2 double beds.

The Maui Wing:

The Lanai Wing:  

• This is a 6 story building with elevators. Floors 1, 3, 4, and 5 are non smoking floors. Bathrooms feature a full sized bathtub and shower.  

The Kauai Wing:  

• This is a 6 story building with elevators. Floors 2, 3, 4, and 5 are non smoking floors. Bathrooms feature a full sized bathtub and shower.  

Breakfast:

Ka'anapali Mixed Plate Restaurant, Offers some of the most affordable dining in Ka'anapali. All you can eat buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner.  

Tiki Grill, Poolside, specializing in grilled lunch sandwiches and refreshing salads.

Tiki Terrace Restaurant, Open daily for breakfast and dinner, Hawaiian specialties and Sunday Champagne brunch.

Tax and Service Fees  

• There is a porterage charge including children that is paid at the hotel upon checkout.  

General Hotel guests must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid credit card in their name to rent a hotel room. If the guests meet the age requirement but do not have a valid credit card in their possession, a security deposit in the amount of $100.00 per room must be paid prior to occupancy. Security deposits will be returned, minus any incidental charges incurred by room occupants, following a room inspection for damage and/or excessive wear. Parents or legal guardians must accompany minors under 18 years of age when renting and/or occupying a hotel room. No rental of hotel rooms will be granted to unsupervised and/or unaccompanied minors regardless of confirmation status and/or payments received.  

Equipment for the Hearing Impaired  

• Televisions are equipped with closed captioning for the hearing impaired. Closed captioning is activated by the remote control. If needed, Telecaption VR-100 caption decoders are available.  

• Portaview TTD/TTY machine for the telephone facilitates hearing impaired guests' access. Advance notice is required for setup with the telephone company. Please request as soon as possible due to limited inventory.  

• Alert Plus units are on hand and may be installed to alert hearing impaired guests of incoming calls or someone at the front door.  

Children's Program - Aloha Passport for Kids

• Guest Services gives out an "Aloha Passport" featuring various "destinations" located throughout the property  

• Children 6 to 12 years old can experience 12 destinations and 3 to 5 years can experience 8 destinations with activities geared toward younger children

• Infants through 2 years old receive a passport card with their personalized Hawaiian name and a baby bucket full of goodies
