Miscellaneous Amenities Cirque Polynesia, a unique and exclusive event at the Hyatt Regency Maui Resort and Spa, is the one and only genuine "cirque" performance in Hawaii.  

This 75 minute show at the Resort's 600 seat Monarchy Ballroom Cirque, featuring performing artists from Hawaii, Russia, Germany, Kazakhstan and Moldova (Eastern Europe), promises nonstop action with death-defying aerial acrobatics, aerial illusions, masters of balance and contortionists. The Cirque Polynesia show continues just for the next couple of months, then it will be gone! As a special offer until August 31st, children under the age of 12 can enjoy the dynamic show for free!  

Locals and travelers alike are wowed by the dangerous high wire act 40 feet in the air. With shows running six days a week, the performance begins at 7:00pm, with doors opening 30 minutes prior. The open seating forum allows families to come early to find the best seats available.

Palace Suite 3 Bedroom(*), Privately set aside in its own area of the property, is designed for the ultimate in splendor and relaxation. Secluded, the outdoor lanai is surrounded by lush gardens and a pond filled with white swans and ducks. The suite has a grand entryway that extends into a living room with dining area seating for up to 10 persons, a kitchenette with microwave and full refrigerator, den that includes a complete console with entertainment center, office area, 3 bedrooms (1 master bedroom), 2 kings and 1 queen bed, each with individual lanai, and 4 complete baths, robes, coffee maker, ironing board, iron, hairdryer, fax machine, cordless telephone, and a speakerphone are also provided.  

Suites Include Breakfast From 01/04/09-01/03/10 and 01/04/10-01/03/11, all Suite rates include daily buffet breakfast for 2 people per suite bedroom (Example: 4 guests will receive breakfast when reserving a 2 Bedroom Suite).  

Regency Club Information Regency Club guest rooms have a private lanai with a magnificent, direct view of the vast Pacific Ocean or West Maui mountains. Fully air-conditioned and decorated in soft earth tones, these rooms convey an air of Hawaiian elegance. They have colonial style furnishings and appointments, carefully selected wall hangings, spacious closets, and dressing area.  

The Regency Club Lounge is located on the 22nd floor of the Atrium Tower. Regency Club guests receive complimentary morning newspaper, continental breakfast, evening hors d'oeuvres and cocktails, and late night cordials. Dedicated concierge provides prompt, professional service at all times, including reservations for dining entertainment, and shopping and sightseeing information.  

Amenities include: in-room movies, safes, alarm clock, hairdryers, coffee with coffee makers, remote control color televisions, 2 separate telephone lines, flashlights, robes, and iron and ironing board are provided in each room. Maid service is provided twice daily, including turndown service upon request. Bathroom amenities include shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, moisturizer, hand and bath soaps, and shower cap, secure keyed-off floor and personalized attention and service from the Concierge staff.

Resort Fee A daily resort fee inclusive of tax provides the following services and amenities:  

• Admission for (2) persons daily to the oceanfront Moana Athletic Club. Access to the Spa facility is an additional per person access fee unless a treatment is purchased.

• Access charges to 800/888 phone numbers  

• Local telephone calls  

• One (1) hour tennis court time per room per day. Reservations are required. Usage may be limited due to demand. Equipment rental is available at the Pro Shop

• For Family Plan reservations, the resort fee will not apply to the 2nd room booked with children 18 and under.

Porterage Fees  

• Porter charges are mandatory for guests using this service and charges will be posted to the incidental folio for each guest room.

Smoking Policy Due to the strict Hawaii non-smoking laws, the hotel has 70 smoking room and 736 non-smoking rooms. the smoking rooms will be on the 4th floor of the Napili Tower and the 16th floor of the Atrium Tower.  

Children's Program - Camp Hyatt For ages 5-12 years old, open from 9am-3pm and 6pm-10pm. Activities include swimming, arts and crafts, Hawaiian crafts, Hawaiian language, beach games, scavenger hunts, museum trips, train and submarine trips and more! Reservations recommended.
