Mountainside, Spacious Mountainside Rooms (600 square feet) are situated in the back side of the U shaped Resort overlooking the guest parking area, on the 6th and 7th floors near Wailea Alanui Drive. Rooms feature a sitting area for reading or relaxing as well as a round marble table with 2 chairs and a private, furnished lanai. Gardenview, These spacious guest rooms overlook the Resort's large sculpture garden and other landscaped fountain and garden areas. Located on the 3rd and 4th floors, these rooms measure 600 square feet. The lower level Garden View Rooms provide access to the beautifully landscaped gardens via a walkout lanai. Rooms have a furnished lanai; all rooms have a sitting area for reading or relaxing as well as a round marble table with 2 chairs. Four Seasons Executive Suite Ocean View Prime Club Floor(*), Four Seasons Executive Suites have the added privacy of wooden louvered doors to seclude the bedroom from the living room. These elegant suites provide an excellent view of the Pacific Ocean and the golden sand beach. About 800 square feet with a separate living/dining area from master bedroom and bathroom. Double size sofa bed in living room. Bedding: 1 king bed and 1 sofa bed (double).  

1 Bedroom Garden View Suite(*), 1 Bedroom Suites have a separate large living room and sleeping area - making them ideal for small families or personal entertaining. These elegant suites provide views of the beautifully landscaped Resort gardens. Located on the Resort's 3rd and 4th floors, 1 Bedroom Suites measure 1,400 square feet. The spacious master bedroom includes extensive closet space and a large dressing area. Bedding: 1 king bed and 1 sofa bed.

The following will be designated smoking areas at the resort: the bottom of the Grand Staircase, the Sculpture Garden, Croquet Lawn, Oceanfront Lawn, and the Porte Cochere, adjacent to the Resort entrance.  

In Room Mini Bar The hotel will no longer pre-stock items in the in-room refrigerated minibar. Guests now have the ability to customize their minibars by pre-ordering the items they wish to purchase prior to arrival.
