Premium Room, these guest rooms feature two double or one king size bed including a canopy or four poster bed, luxurious linens, silky chenille throws, louvered windows, a private veranda with breathtaking sea views, direct dial telephone, ceiling fan, tea/coffee making facilities, air conditioning and a private bathroom with deluxe bath amenities.  

Plantation Room, all Plantation rooms feature one king size bed including a canopy or four poster bed, luxurious linens, elegant wood flooring, attractive chairs, air conditioning, mini-fridge and coffee/tea making equipment. The covered outside verandas offer large and comfortable seating with breathtaking sea views. The bathrooms feature Mahogany- style vanities, vessel sinks, tile flooring, a shower and tub with handheld showerhead and deluxe bath amenities. Bedding: king bed.  

12/14/2008 - 12/14/2009 Villa Suite(*), a newly constructed cottage set discreetly on the fringe of the property. Decorated in a chic plantation style that blends easily with Montpelier's decor, the Villa Suite is ideal for guests seeking a more secluded experience. It features two bedrooms with air conditioning, a spacious living room opening onto two covered porches, an open sun deck and a plunge pool with exquisite views over Saddle Hill, the rolling countryside and the Caribbean Sea.  

The master bedroom features one king; the second bedroom has one king or two double beds, and each bedroom has its own en- suite bathroom which includes a semi-outdoor shower overlooking breathtakingly beautiful Nevis Peak. Accommodation amenities include: turndown service (nightly), coffee machine, internet access, safe (in accommodation), CD player, refrigerator, linens, television (flat screen), DVD player, hairdryer and entertainment center.

Indigo, this tapas-inspired menu offers a casual dining option and guests an alternative to fine dining on the Terrace. The restaurant offers a very different type of cuisine than what is in Nevis currently. Indigo is open Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 6:00pm to 9:00pm.  

Mill Courtyard, Serving lunch in an open air setting.

The Mill, An intimate restaurant for 2-18 people set in the plantation's original 18th century sugar mill, serving a four-course prix fixe menu three nights a week. Also available for private parties.
