Distance from Boat to Hotel, 25 minutes by boat. Distance from St. Kitts airport to Boat, 5 minutes.  

Passengers arriving into St. Kitts airport will be met by a Four Seasons Representative and then checked in at the Four Seasons arrival desk. They will be transferred to the pier (5 minute drive), and then welcomed onto the Four Seasons private boat. After a 30 minute ride to the Resort a resort staff member will escort them to their rooms.  

Passengers arriving into Nevis will be met by a Four Seasons Representative and transfers will be arranged. The Resort is located 15 minutes away (6 miles).  

This two story 196 room low rise resort is situated amidst tall palms along 2000 feet of Pinney's Beach. The resort is comprised of twelve 2 story beach cottages that blend in with the islands natural beauty & 17 suites

Children Policy:  

• Children under 18 years old are complimentary when sharing room with parents. Rollaways and cribs are offered at no additional charge and must be requested at time of reservation but are subject to availability. Only one rollaway bed per room is possible.  

Maximum Occupancy:  

• Deluxe Mountainside - 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.  

• Deluxe Mountainview - 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.  

• Deluxe Oceanside - 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.  

• Deluxe Oceanfront - 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.  

A maximum of three (3) adults (18 years and older) will be allowed per room. A third adult staying in the same room is charged per night (plus 9% tax and 10% service charge). For families, a maximum of four persons (4) is allowed; 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 18 years. Only one (1) rollaway per room is possible, based on availability.  

Deluxe Mountainside(*), Room has a king size bed with partial views of Mount Nevis or the championship golf course. Bedding: 1 king bed.  

Deluxe Mountainview, In Mountain View Rooms, sliding glass doors with wooden shutters lead to a balcony or a patio, offering views of the green shoulders and cloud-capped peak of Mount Nevis. Bedding: 1 king bed or 2 double beds.  

Deluxe Oceanside, These rooms are located on the oceanfront and feature views overlooking Pinney's Beach to the stunning Caribbean Sea. By comparison, the Deluxe Oceanfront room features close proximity to the oceanfront and beach, with the same luxurious amenities as the Deluxe Oceanview Room. Many of the rooms offer partial or indirect oceanviews.  

Deluxe Oceanfront(*), Oceanfront Rooms have a balcony or a patio accessible through wooden-shuttered sliding glass doors. Located in cottages 2 through 10, they overlook the Caribbean Sea and the beachfront. View:  

• Caribbean Sea and Pinney's Beach. Bedding: 1 king bed or 2 double beds.  

Villas(*), (PALM GROVE, SUNSET HILL & MAHOGANY HILL ESTATES) Two-, Three- and Four-Bedroom Villas. Villa rates are now available, please call for details.

Library Bar, Located on the 2nd floor of the Great House. This is an intimate 28 seat-bar. The Library Bar surrounds guests the ambience of a formal plantation house Dress Code: Day: shorts, tops and footwear, beach and pool wraps are accepted. Evening: collared shirts, slacks and closed-in footwear for men; cocktail-length dress or skirt, or evening trousers for ladies.  

Dining Room, 140 seat open air restaurant with a commanding view of the Caribbean Sea. The restaurant features California cuisine with Asian influences.  

Mango, features Nevisian specialties, highlighting local flavors and fresh seafood and is located on the waterfront.  

Neve, Relaxed open-air setting for breakfast and dinner. The decor features soothing colors (pale blue and sage), with hand blown frosted sea glass lighting, a terrace overlooking the pool, ceiling fans and an oceanview to the west. Neve seats 147 guests, with 24 on the terrace. Reservations recommended in high season. Shirts and footwear are required at all times. Dress code required in the evening.  

The Pool Cabana, For a refreshing drink or a casual light meal near the pool, with spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea, The Cabana provides a full bar, sandwiches, fresh local seafood, a choice of luncheon specialties and weekly theme buffet dinners.  

Dress Code Dress Code:  

• After sunset in Mango, Neve and the Dining Room, gentlemen are required to wear collared and buttoned shirts, full length trousers and closed footwear. Jackets and ties are not required. Ladies are advised to wear cocktail length dresses or skirts, or evening trouser. No day shorts.

2009 Meal Plan Information  

• Meal plans are run-of the-menu, without surcharges or restrictions on dining rooms.  

• Pricing is per person, per day.  

• A four night minimum stay is required on the meal plans.  

• Prevailing service charge and tax applies, are additional, currently at 15% service and 9% government tax are additional; subject to change.  

• Meal plans are not inclusive of beverages with the exception of the following, coffee & juice included for breakfast and coffee with lunch and dinner.

SKB Transfer Information:  

• Guests arriving at St. Kitts Robert Llewelyn Bradshaw Airport (SKB) will be met after clearing Customs and Immigration. The Resorts private water launch will then transport guests directly to the resort pier. There is an additional fee per person for transfers.  

Christmas/Holiday Policy:  

• Name changes and or substitutions are not permitted.  

General Information:  

• Please note that this hotel is temporarily closed for renovations resulting from impacts from Hurricane Omar, which passed through the islands of St. Kitts & Nevis in October 2008. Further information on the reconstruction plans will be provided as it becomes available.  

NEV Transfer Information:  

• Guests arriving at Nevis Vance Armory International Airport (NEV) will be met, and assisted with a taxi to the Resort.  

Land/Water Transfer Charges:  

• Transfer costs will be added to guest's incidental charges, and are payable upon checkout.  

• Children 5-11 years old pay a children's rate  

• Transfers are complimentary for children age 4 and under  

Villa (Golf-Cart) Rentals:

• Use of a golf cart is now complimentary for villa guests. Please note that during peak holiday season (December 19-January 3, 2009) only one 6-seater golf cart per villa is available.
