• An individual must be at least 18 years of age in order to secure a confirmed reservation and must present a valid credit card in that individual's name at time of check-in.  

If under 18, the guest must be traveling with a family group or a group that is paid for by a master account. At no other time will a reservation be confirmed under the name of someone who is less than 18 years of age. Guests may be asked to present photo ID upon check-in.  

2009 Taxes, Service Fees & Gratuities (included in rates):  

• Taxes: 6% guest room tax based on nightly room rate.  

• Resort Levies: 3% PITDA levy based on nightly room rate.  

• 3% NPIPB levy based on nightly room rate.  

• Utility service fee: $ 9.95 per person, per night. (Effective 05/01/09-11/30/09)  

• Utility service fee: $12.95 per person, per night. (Effective 12/01/09-Onwards)  

Mandatory housekeeping gratuity (determined by category):  

• Studio: $ 5.50 per person, per night.  

• One Bedroom Suite $16.50 per person, per night.  

• Two Bedroom Suite $22.00 per person, per night.  

All fees listed above including mandatory taxes and service charges are per person, 12 years and older, and are subject to change as they're determined by local government agreements.
