The Club Lounge/Privileges Located on the 22nd floor, The Club is The Cove's preeminent concierge level of suites. Sea Glass, fruit-infused martinis and signature drinks served in this upscale lounge, with a backdrop of spectacular Bahamian sunsets. The lounge also offers 4 gaming tables.  

Bobby Flay's Mesa Grill, Bobby Flay brings his world-renowned Mesa Grill to the Cove Atlantis, serving his signature Southwestern cuisine with a Bahamian twist. • Children 7 to 11 years are required to purchase a child's dining plan. They must select from the children's menu in those restaurants that offer them. Should children 7-11 choose to order from the full menu, they will be charged at full retail prices.

• Dinner reservations are required for Cafe Martinique, Mesa Grill, Bahamian Club, Casa D'Angelo Carmines, Chop Stix, Courtyard Terrace and Dune. To avoid the $50.00 per person "no show" fee, all reservations must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to the actual dining time.  

• A $55.00 credit per adult and a $25.00 credit per child can be applied toward dinner at Cafe Martinique and Dune.  

• Please note that high chairs and booster seats are not available at Mesa Grill, Casa D'Angelo or Cafe Martinique.

• Restaurant hours of operation, openings, restaurants names, as well as participating restaurants in the dining plans, are subject to change without notice. Surcharges may apply to some menu items.  

• Dining plans are not applicable to groups.  

• Dining plan changes, revisions and cancellations need to be confirmed separately.  

• Dining attire guidelines exist for all restaurants.  

• Kosher Meals are not available on dining plans.  

Terms and Conditions for the 2010 Dining Plans:  

• Dining plans, rates and features are valid for travel 01/03/10 through 12/16/10, and are subject to change without notice.  

• The Casual Dining Plan (CDP) and Gourmet Dining Plan (GDP) are available to guests staying in he Beach Tower, Coral Towers, Royal Towers, Harborside Resort at Atlantis, The Reef Atlantis and The Cove Atlantis.  

• Due to high demand, the CDP and GDP plans must be booked a minimum of 3 days prior to arrival.  

• The 15% mandatory gratuity is not included in the price of either dining plan and will be automatically charged based on the actual dining check for each meal, not the cost of the plan.  

• Children 6 years old and under eat free when dining with parents who are participating in a dining plan. They must select from the children's menu in those restaurants that offer them.  

• Children 7 to 11 years are required to purchase a child's dining plan. They must select from the children's menu in restaurants that offer them. Should children 7-11 choose to order from the full menu, they will be charged at full retail prices.  

• Special children's menus will be provided in Mesa Grill, Atlas Bar & Grill, Murray's Delicatessen, Bahamian Club, Casa D'Angelo, Chop Stix, Bimini Road, Cafe Martinique, The Pointe Restaurant & Bar, Courtyard Terrace and Dune  

• Children ages 6 and older are welcome at Mesa Grill, Casa D'Angelo and Cafe Martinique.  

• Dining plans are available for a minimum of two nights and must be purchased for the entire length of stay.  

• Plans begin with dinner on the day of a guest's arrival and end with breakfast on their day of departure.

• Guests of The Cove Atlantis have full privileges to all facilities and amenities at the Atlantis.  

Smoking/Non Smoking Room Information  

• The 5th floor is the only smoking floor with the exception of a handful of the super suites (Sapphire & Azure) on other floors. The rest of the rooms are non-smoking.  

Minimum Age Requirement Policy:  

• An individual must be at least 18 years of age in order to secure a confirmed reservation and must present a valid credit card in that individual's name at time of check-in.  

If under 18, the guest must be traveling with a family group or a group that is paid for by a master account. At no other time will a reservation be confirmed under the name of someone who is less than 18 years of age. Guests may be asked to present photo ID upon check-in.  

2009 Taxes, Service Fees & Gratuities (included in rates):  

• Taxes: 6% guest room tax based on nightly room rate.  

• Resort Levies: 3% PITDA levy based on nightly room rate.  

• 3% NPIPB levy based on nightly room rate.  

• Utility service fee: $ 9.95 per person, per night. (Effective 05/01/09-11/30/09)  

• Utility service fee: $12.95 per person, per night. (Effective 12/01/09-Onwards)  

Mandatory housekeeping gratuity (determined by category):  

• Ocean/Deluxe Ocean Suites: $ 5.50 per person, per night. Azure,Sapphire, Presidential & Penthouse Suite: $11.00 per person, per night. 2 Bedroom Azure, Sapphire & Presidential: $11.00 per person, per night, plus $ 5.50 per person, per night, in the connecting Ocean Suite.  

All fees listed above including mandatory taxes and service charges are per person, 12 years and older, and are subject to change as they're determined by local government agreements.
