Duck Key Bungalow, 750 square foot bungalow villas, with 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths, are the perfect accommodations for those who want the privacy of a villa that sleeps up to four, and the convenience of a full kitchen. Accommodation amenities include: kitchen (full).  

Duck Key Conch, Conch villas, with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, are the perfect accommodations for those who want the privacy of a villa that sleeps up to five, and the convenience of a full kitchen.  

Conch Spa, Two full bedrooms and two full baths make these 900-square foot villas an ideal choice for families, two vacationing couples, or small groups. The Conch Spa Villas offer the additional comforts of a private community within the resort, with its own private splash pool reserved exclusively for Conch Spa Villa guests. A perfect option for a romantic getaway or a close-knit family trip.  

Marina Villa, Boat in and boat out with the convenience of the Marina Villas.  

• These spacious townhouses offer immediate proximity to marina boat slips for those that enjoy traveling by boat, or an afternoon of fishing, but with the luxuries of home on land. The Marina Villas' interiors measure 1,350 square feet with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Including the balconies, the square footage is 1,700. Because of their proximity to marina slips, all Marina Villas feature ocean or marina views.  

Cottage, These spacious villas measure 1,320 square feet, and offer two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. Cottage Villas also feature a separate den area, perfect for quiet reading or relaxation while other guests enjoy the main living area. Outside, these villas have outdoor terraces or screened in porches that face the water and marina.
