Premier Bayview, Premier Bay View Rooms are generously proportioned, and are furnished with a lounge chair with ottoman and an executive desk. They feature picturesque views of Biscayne Bay from the Hotel's south and east sides. Bedding: 1 king bed or 2 double beds.  

Executive Cityview Suite(*), feature separate living And sleeping areas in an elegant design.

Cityview One Bedroom Suite(*), One-Bedroom Suites measure 1,050 square feet (98 square meters). The suites feature ample living rooms with seating for small groups and a work area including a fax/printer/scanner. Bedrooms are furnished with a TV and lounge chairs. Bedding: 1 king bed.

Premier Bay View Suite(*), These suites feature an entry foyer, a large living room, a dining area for six to eight, a pantry with separate entrance, two sofas and lounge chairs and a work area including a fax/printer/scanner. The living room features a plasma screen television and a DVD/CD player. The large, king-bedded master bedroom offers a flat-screen TV and a dressing area. The second bedroom is furnished with a king bed and faces Biscayne Bay. The luxurious master bathrooms feature a deep soaking tub, a glass-enclosed shower, a bidet and twin vanities. An additional guest powder room is located off the foyer for added convenience.  

Presidential Suite(*), The grand foyer leads to an expansive living room with generous seating for hospitality or relaxation, featuring an armoire with plasma screen television and CD player. The dining room seats eight, served by a pantry directly accessible from the corridor. The very spacious, king-bedded master bedroom offers skyline views from three windows, a sofa and lounge chairs and a work area with executive desk and fax machine. The master bathroom includes a luxurious oversized soaking tub, oversized separate shower, bidet, twin vanities and a large dressing area with extensive closet space. A guest powder room is conveniently located off the foyer.
