Centro Castellano, There is a Segovian style wood oven. The specialties are dishes prepared in the wood oven, such as suckling pig, lamb or veal breast. Seafood dishes are also a specialty. The restaurant's ambiance and decor are those of a Spanish Inn.

China Grill, World Cuisine with an Asian twist. China Grills Sushi Bar is an experience in itself. Seated at a 26 seat sharing table on the outdoor terrace, you can enjoy the original sushi menu and Lemongrass or Lychee martini underneath the lighted cascade.
