One Bedroom One Bathroom Villa, offers a spacious, beautifully appointed vacation home.  

Two Bedrrom Two Bathroom Villa, offers a spacious, beautifully appointed vacation home.  

All villas feature a living room with a sleeper sofa and a separate dining area. The fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette includes all the necessities for in-villa dining.  

All accommodations include: coffee maker, rollaway bed (on request), dishwasher, physically challenged accommodations, safe (in accommodation), CD/DVD player (some accommodations), crib (on request), terrace (some accommodations), kitchen (fully equipped), refrigerator, sofa bed, balcony (some accommodations), data ports, washer/dryer, microwave and telephone.  

Bath (whirlpool) Luxurious whirlpool bath in most master bedrooms.  

Television (remote Controlled, Cable) All bedrooms and living rooms have color remote control cable televisions.

Flagler Station Deli & Pool Bar, Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Deli is open from 7:00am-10:00pm daily. Pool bar is open from 12:00pm-10:00pm daily.

Smoking Policy  

• The resort has signage in the room asking the guests to smoke outside. As they are a timeshare/vacation ownership product, the association bylaws prevent them from making the resort non-smoking, but again, the resort encourages all guests to not smoke in the rooms with in room | signage.
