One Bedroom Villa, comes with an expansive 1,150 square feet of privacy and luxury. Consisting of a large sleeping room with a king bed connected to a living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen, this Villa also features a large outdoor patio over looking the fairways or waterways of the North Course. The bedroom alone is large enough to rival the size of the Club Suite and the living room features a queen sleeper sofa. Some units may feature Jacuzzi tubs in the bathrooms and/or fireplaces in the living room.
Two Bedroom Villa, offer two private sleeping quarters, each with a private master bathroom, The common living space includes a living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, Two Bedroom Villas will either have both bedrooms in a single story with the common living area or two stories with one bedroom on a second floor. The Villa is up to 1,800 square feet and comes with either two king bedrooms or two double/double bedrooms. Villas will have private patios or decks overlooking the fairways or waterways of the North Course and also feature a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, Some units may feature Jacuzzi tubs in the bathrooms and/or fireplaces in the living room.
Three Bedroom Villa, are two-story units with three bedrooms, each with a private master bathroom. Four Bedroom Villa, are two-story units with four bedrooms, each with a private master bathroom. The unit is 2,800 square feet and comes with four king bedrooms, four double/double bedrooms. or one double/double bedroom and three king bedrooms.
