Royal Club(*), Includes the same amenities as above plus robes, bathroom scale, design touches, turndown service, newspaper delivery, continental breakfast and afternoon beer, wine and snacks. Key access to floor and lounge staffed 12 hours for concierge functions including check out.  

King Suite(*), Each of the hotel's guest rooms and suites exudes the warmth and charm of the islands with bamboo accents, colorful linens and furniture that reflects the beauty of the tropics. Yet despite its far-flung island setting, every guest room features all the latest modern conveniences for the utmost in comfort. Bedding: 1 king bed.  

Jurassic Kids(*), let mom and dad have a little privacy, and the kids have some fun! With a standard king bedroom for the adults plus a separate room for the kids, there's plenty of space for the whole family at 670 square feet. The two separate rooms are connected, and feature a single exterior entrance to the adult room. The children's room opens only into the adult's room, and not into the hallway. The kids' rooms are themed in Jurassic Park decor and include two twin beds, a desk and chair, separate closet, and 32" flat screen television.

Bula Bar And Grill, Bula means "welcome" in Fiji, and you'll definitely feel right at home at this poolside eatery serving up food and beverages with a tropical flair.  

Emeril's Tchoup Chop, (pronounced "chop chop") Tchoup Chop Celebrity chef Emeril Lagasse's Tchoup Chop features Asian cuisine and "kicks it up a notch" with his own unique style. The restaurant itself has a tiki bar look complete with bamboo, waterfalls, sculpted gardens and giant woks in full view.

Islands Dining Room, Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the Islands Dining Room offers a wide variety of cuisine served in friendly, casual surroundings.  

• Enjoy preferred seating at select shows at Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure by presenting your room key. Refer to your map for specific show times. Please arrive 20 minutes prior to show times as space is limited.

Pet Policy -$25.00 cleaning charge per stay (not per night)  

• There is no restriction on size.  

• No more than 2 pets may occupy any one guestroom (please indicate # of pets).  

• A health certificate for each pet, obtained from a veterinarian within 10 days of the pets arrival must be presented upon check-in at the hotel.  

• Guests arriving with pets will be placed in pet friendly rooms, which are located on the first floor of each wing of the hotel.  

• Arrangements must be made with housekeeping for the cleaning of the room on a daily basis.  

• Dogs may be walked in designated areas only.  

• If the dog's behavior results in complaints by other guests, the owner may be asked to board the dog in an outside shelter.  

• Pets are not allowed in the pool/Lounge or restaurant areas.  

• Please include pets name when possible.  

General  

• Kosher meals can be served to our guests. Must be pre-arranged when booking.  

Check In Policy  

• At check in, if guests do not look 21, they will be asked for ID & must provide for ID.  

• Each room must have one guest that is 21 and that person is responsible for all the charges and liable for the room.  

• If the hotel has a client arrive at the hotel with a voucher, and they are not 21, the hotel will not check them into the room.
