Hard Rock Club(*), Concierge level. Located on the 7th floor. Club rooms offer continental breakfast, evening hors d'oeuvres served with beer and wine, coffee and tea service and free access to Fitness Center. Bedding: 1 king bed or 2 queen beds. Accommodation amenities include: turndown service.  

Kidsuite(*), Fun vacations are not just for adults but for kids too. Decorated to appeal to the youthful guests, these suites feature an attached kids' room with television, table, and chairs. Enjoy king bed accommodations for the adults and two twin beds for the kid rockers, 800 square feet. Kids Suites are also available on the Club Level for an additional charge.  

King Suite(*), At an impressive 650 square feet of living space, these suites are fit for 'The King.' This guest room is a generous sized junior suite with a king bed and extra living space where you can entertain or just spread out and chill.

The Kitchen, Enjoy exceptional contemporary cuisine with a touch of rock 'n' roll attitude. Visiting rock stars occasionally stop by to whip up a favorite recipe. Open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.  

The Palm, for heartier appetites, try the internationally- acclaimed restaurant, The Palm, for great steaks and classic American fare.

Generation G:  

• Bringing 2 generations of rock together, Loews Hotels' Generation G program is designed for grandparents and grandchildren traveling together. The amenities and services of this program have been created with sharing in mind. Enjoy having adjoining rooms, a take home memory album, a phone card to call home and a disposable camera. Pet Policy:  

• $25.00 cleaning charge per stay (not per night).  

• There is no restriction on size.  

• No more than 2 pets may occupy any one guestroom (please indicate number of pets).  

• A health certificate for each pet, obtained from a veterinarian within 10 days of the pets arrival must be presented upon check-in at the hotel.  

• Guests arriving with pets will be placed in pet friendly rooms, which are located on the first floor of each wing of the hotel.  

• Arrangements must be made with housekeeping for the cleaning of the room on a daily basis.  

• Dogs may be walked in designated areas only.  

• If the dog's behavior results in complaints by other guests, the owner may be asked to board the dog in an outside shelter.  

• Pets are not allowed in the pool/lounge or restaurant areas.  

• Please include pets name when possible.  

Camp Lil' Rock:  

• Drop off your children and let them work off their energy at Camp Lil' Rock. Open daily, they offer a safe, secure and exciting atmosphere for kids between the ages of 4-14. Here they can enjoy movies on a big TV screen or play with computers and video games. There are plenty of daily activities to keep young minds busy! Parents are provided with complimentary pagers to keep in touch with their kids. Contact the Fitness Center Desk for both information and reservations.  

Teen Grapevine:  

• Pick up the beat on the street, call the Teen Grapevine to get the latest on what's hot and what's not in Orlando. We are in the know about the latest movie updates, special events and much more.  

Spring Break Policy:  

• Minimum check-in age is 21 for all dates.  

• At check in, if guests do not look 21, they will be asked for ID & must provide for ID. Each room must have one guest that is 21 and that person is responsible for all the charges and liable for the room. If we have a client arrive at the hotel with a voucher, and they are not 21, the hotel will not check them into the room.
