New River Suites:  

• These 12 suites will be ready to accept guests August 6, 2008. All of these suites will be located on the 1st and 2nd floor of the Buckingham Block.  

These suites are identical to the existing ones in the St. James Block, except that these will have a separate corner shower in the bathroom. The rooms on the ground floor will be categorized the same and common rated with the existing "Royal Honeymoon Swim-Up River Suites" in the St. James Block.  

New One Bedroom Swim-up River Suites These suites will be ready to occupancy on October 31, 2008. All of these suites will be located in the Clarence Block.

General Information  

• Tipping: Sandals Royal Caribbean has a "N Tipping" policy for all employees.  

• Orientation: Twice daily, 10:00am and 5:00pm for all guests. For suite concierge guests, orientation is offered at 11:00am and 4:30pm.  

• Ambassadors are available to assist non-English speaking guests. Available upon request.  

• Dinner Reservations - Guest services desk between 8:00am-6:00pm  

• Nurses Station, opened daily from 9:00am-5:00pm.  

• A Doctor is on call 24 hours. Doctor's services are at an additional cost.  

• Telephone: A credit card imprint is needed to activate phone line.  

• Military rates are now available to those who qualify for all Sandals Resorts.  

Smoking Policy Please be advised that all Sandals resorts are non-smoking in any enclosed areas. Examples: bars, restaurants, lobbies, conference facilities, retail facilities and nightclubs. Smoking will be permitted in all open areas and designated rooms.

• The Suite Concierge Center opens daily with a dedicated Concierge staff to assist with requests including island tours, car rentals and just about anything you need.  

• Preferred check-in for all guests booked in concierge accommodations either in the Suite or at the Suite Center including Champagne upon arrival.  

• In-Suite bars with scotch, gin, vodka, rum, beer, red & white wine, champagne and assorted soft drinks.  

• Use of his/her plush cloth robes.
