Honeymoon Concierge Beachfront Walkout Room, {CA} Located on the first floor of the Palms Block, these rooms feature a tropical dcor and large patios. They are located on the beach with magnificent beach and ocean views. All rooms include "suite concierge service" (including stocked in-room bars). View: Beachfront, Ocean.  

Water's Edge Honeymoon Penthouse Concierge Room, {CA} Located on the third floor of the Almonds Building, these extraordinarily large rooms feature mahogany furniture with a king four-poster bed. The bath now includes a Jacuzzi. All rooms also have very large balconies overlooking the Caribbean. Concierge Accommodation. Bedding: 1 king bed. View: Ocean.  

Bay Roc Ultra Luxury Honeymoon Beachfront Villa, {CA}{BS} This room category is secluded and located on the ground floor with garden view patio. These rooms feature a four-poster canopy mahogany king size bed, CD player, either a Jacuzzi bathtub or ceramic bathtub, stocked mini bar and beautiful framed artwork.  

Bay Roc Villa Honeymoon Beachfront Veranda Jr. Suite, {CA}{BS} (New category as of June 2007) These junior suites are located on either the ground or upper floor next to the swim up pool bar with mahogany door electronic lock system. These extraordinarily large rooms feature mahogany furniture with a king size four-poster bed, two side tables with antique lamps, writing desk & chair, armoire with drawers, electronic safe box, his & her facial sink with mirrors, beautiful framed artwork, either with a Jacuzzi bathtub & shower in one, or a ceramic bathtub. These extraordinarily large rooms feature mahogany furniture with a king size four-poster bed, two side tables with antique lamps, writing desk & chair, Armoire with drawers, his & her facial sink with mirrors, beautiful framed artwork, either with an oversize bathtub along with walk in shower, or ceramic bathtub.  

Bay Roc Villa Ultra Luxury Honeymoon Beachfront One Bedroom Suite, . {CA}{BS} (formerly known as HONEYMOON BEACHFRONT ONE BEDROOM SUITE), These suites are located directly on the beach, on the ground floor, with an extended patio overlooking the beach and ocean. These rooms are extraordinarily large with mahogany furniture and French double doors separating the living room from the bedroom, which features a king-size four-poster mahogany bed or king-size bed. This Suite also includes a fully stocked mini bar, two wall mounted bedside lamps, large screen television's, CD players.  

Bay Roc Villa Honeymoon Grande Luxe Beachfront Suite, . {CA}{BS} These suites feature an imposing living room with the bedroom incorporated into one area. The suites feature mahogany furniture with two side tables with antique lamps, his and her facial sinks, writing desk and chair, and beautiful framed artwork. The suites either have a patio, balcony, or large bay window, and feature views of the ocean, beach, and/or gardens. Bedding: 1 king bed (four-poster).  

Ultra Luxury Beachfront Suites Of Bay Roc Villas, {CA}{BS} These four large suites are located either on the upper level with a Balcony or ground level with a patio, each with an ocean view on the beachfront of cottage 9. Featuring an imposing living room with the bedroom incorporated into one area, the suites feature mahogany furniture with a king size four-poster canopy bed, bedroom bench with additional storage, two side tables with antique lamps, writing desk & chair, armoire with drawers, 30" plasma cable television, decorative wall lamps, electronic safe box, his & her facial sink with mirrors, beautiful framed artwork, & Plantation style shutters. There is a large Jacuzzi bathtub plus a separate walk-in shower stall in each room. Separate beachfront mahogany electronic entrance door, with an additional mahogany framed glass door leading to the beachfront patio. This villa was recently totally rebuilt.  

Bay Roc Villas Presidential Beachfront One Bedroom Suite, . {BS}{CA} (formerly known as PRESIDENTIAL BEACHFRONT ONE BEDROOM SUITE) Four suites located on the first floors of cottages 6 and 7. The suites feature large living rooms, separate bedrooms with four-poster beds, marble baths, large patios and mahogany furniture. Each suite includes two large screen plasma television's, Butler Service, and VIP private airport transfers to/from Montego Bay Airport included. They are directly on the beach with views of the ocean and gardens.  

Prime Minister's Beachfront Suite At The Bay Roc Villas(*), . {CA}{BS} (formerly known as PRIME MINISTER'S SUITE) Two very large suites located on the second floor of cottages six and eight. Both are directly on the beach, overlooking the Ocean with a spacious living area and dining area. The suites feature a luxurious grand bedroom with mahogany furniture and king size four-poster bed. • A 50% deposit is due at time of booking; balance is due at 60 days.  

• Weddings are non-refundable at 45 days prior to arrival.
