Humphrey's Bar, Humphrey's Bar in the Millennium Gloucester Hotel, is a great place to meet following a long day sightseeing, shopping or after a business meeting. Located just off the main lobby and open until late evening - the bar serves refreshing drinks, delicious coffees and light meals.

Olive's Bar, This sophisticated and welcoming bar exudes warmth, making it a great place to relax and socialize. With its selection of cocktails, wines and Champagne combined with its original open fire place, the guests will have a delightful experience. Olives bar is also a perfect place to enjoy a light lunch or traditional afternoon tea.  

Bombay Brasserie(*), In the New Year, the hotel is celebrating Bombay Brassiere Restaurant's re-open after a major refurbishment last year. When you walk into this most glamorous Indian restaurant in town, your eyes are instantly caught by its stunning marble surfaces, a brand new glossy bar area, various chandeliers and unbeatable style. Glass roof combines with leafy palms and other plants for cheery feel. The main dining area is airier, completed with plush carpets and other touches that are a throwback to the days of Raj. In the conservatory area a spruced-up show kitchen and rich marble floorings combine with a relaxed seating area, while warm timber floors mix with a more formal raised sofa seating arrangement. The menu has also been overhauled with signature dishes such as lamb kebabs on sugarcane candies & paperwali machchi (char-grilled fish fillets with freshly ground peppercorns wrapped in parchment paper).

Bugis Street Brasserie, Bugis Street Brasserie is the hugely popular, modern Cantonese Singaporean bistro, serving delightful dishes from the Far East.

Olive's Restaurant, Olives restaurant continues the theme of Victorian splendor married with modern simplicity. High ceilings and neutral tones give a light, airy feel, yet the fireplace keeps the whole thing cozy. Modern British cooking with an occasional European accent is on the menu, though steering away from petit portions. This is comfort food at its best, with large helpings to match. Lovers of the grape will find a user-friendly wine list, complete with taste descriptions and personal quotes. Service is professional, but relaxed and unhurried. Now, we also have an open air terrace area open to the public, where you can enjoy a chilled beer whilst enjoying the sunshine and breeze outside!  

South West 7, South West 7 serves a sumptuous buffet breakfast which appeals to both Asian and Western palates. South West 7 also transforms into a private function room for up to 200 people.
