Sports Kitchen, For race and sports fans who don't want to miss any of the action, the Rio has opened the convenient and upscale Sports Kitchen, serving burgers, bratwursts, wood-fired pizzas, homemade sandwiches and other sport specialties. You can even watch pizzas being made and sandwiches being prepared right in front of you. A special highlight is the enormous fire pit in the center of the area.  

Mcfadden's, McFadden's Vegas outpost will boast two rooms (including a 150-person private party room with its own island bar), over 20 high-definition plasma TVs, dance floor and a breath takingly long 100-foot mahogany bar perfect for dancing on. Along with a full bar featuring dozens of favorite draught beers and 90-ounce fishbowl cocktails, customers will want to tuck into McFadden's Almost Famous Boneless Buffalo Wings, Irish Stew, and of course, Shepherd's Pie topped with air-whipped potatoes. Open seven days a week, from 11:00am until the Erin goes bragh.

Voodoo Steak & Lounge, Alive with mystical sights, sounds and flavors, the VooDoo Cafe and Lounge will cast you under its spell! Situated high above Las Vegas on the 50th and 51st floors of the Rio's Masquerade Tower, the VooDoo provides a breathtaking view of the city that's like no other! Travel to the VooDoo Cafe, serving American cuisine with a French Creole flair. Enjoy intimate, inviting candlelit dining with an extraordinary view of the city.  

All-american Bar & Grille, From crisp salads, delicious sandwiches, fresh seafood and "Rio Dry Aged" Angus steaks, even the heartiest appetite will be satisfied at the new All-American Bar & Grille. All of the steaks, burgers and fresh seafood are prepared on our open mesquite wood grill.  

Buzio's Seafood, Fresh seafood from the docks and traditional New England fare is featured at this gracious restaurant, offering outstanding views of the Rio's Ipanema Beach and sparkling swimming pools. Buzio's is located near the pool entrance. A private dining room is available for parties up to 100.

Cafe Martarano Las Vegas, The 150 seat, 7,000 square-foot restaurant features white walls, black granite, stainless steel and evocative lighting with wide screen plasma televisions surrounding the room playing scenes from gem mob movies. Located in the Rio's Masquerade Village, Caf Martorano Las Vegas, is more than twice the size of his Florida venue, but its mood, groove and attitude are strictly Martorano and sure to be smokin' hot. Gaylord Of India, Dine in a warm, romantic setting, with rich jewel tone fabrics, deep finished woods and gorgeous authentic Indian artifacts. Entree specialties include tandoori chicken, prawns and salmon, assorted meat kabobs, fragrant lamb curries, exquisite chicken curries and seafood delicacies, such as prawn vindaloo and fish tikka masala (fish cubes cooked in a spicy sauce). Fresh homemade breads baked in tandoori ovens await, as well as a tempting array of savory rice dishes or "biryani."  

Hamada Asiana, Hamada's Asiana combines Japanese Teppanyaki exhibition table-side cooking with fresh sushi and an exotic menu featuring traditional Japanese dishes.  

Mah Jong Noodle Bar, Visit Mah Jong Chinese Noodle Bar, specializing in authentic Cantonese and Chinese dishes. You'll enjoy delicious dishes like Beef Brisket Noodle Soup, Preserved Egg and Pork Congee or seafood entrees like Salt and Pepper Sea Bass and Scallops with Asparagus.  

Rub Bbq, RUB will be open for dinner every night during the week and open for lunch from Wednesday to Sundays. Located on the second level of the Masquerade Village inside the Rio, Rub BBQ will feature live bands on the weekends, from a variety of musical genres. Rub BBQ is open for dinner from 4:00pm11:00pm. Monday and Tuesday; open for lunch and dinner beginning at 11:00am WednesdaySunday.  

Sao Paulo Cafe, offers international favorites and features a large selection of appetizers, salads, entries and spectacular desserts. Open daily from 6:00am-12:00pm.  

Wine Cellar & Tasting Room, The Wine Cellar offers a terrific food and wine-pairing menu, featuring flavorful spreads to international cheeses, served with a basket of freshly baked breads. Don't forget to try the wonderful chocolate tasting! The Wine Cellar specializes in private wine tasting seminars as well as wine tasting parties and dinners.  

Deposit Requirement:  

• Guests will be required to provide hotel with a valid credit card or cash deposit in the amount of $100.00 per each day of guests stay if paying via credit card, or $200.00 for the entire stay if paying via cash. (cash deposit will only activate in room movies and phone)  

Guide Animals Properties allow guide animals/seeing eye dogs. The hotel reserves the right to ask the nature of the disability upon check-in. No other pets are allowed in the hotel.
