Sushi & Sake, is a contemporary, hip setting with an incredible selection of sushi and Japanese specialties. Sushi is ultimate three dimensional visual art, rooted in thousands of years of history and tradition. Sushi & Sake touches on that tradition with a magnificent presentation of Sashimi, Nigiri, Make and Cones. Sushi & Sake also offers an exclusive collection of exotic infused sakes. Terra Verde, offers authentic Italian dishes including: homemade pastas, wood-fired pizzas, fresh fish and an extensive antipasto table. The Original Pancake House, Since 1953, The Original Pancake House has been the home for hearty appetites. Acclaimed for its menu of time-tested international recipes, The Original Pancake House uses only the freshest ingredients to create the most delicious pancakes and waffles you have ever tasted. Featuring an expanded menu of sandwiches and dinner dishes, The Original Pancake House at Green Valley Ranch serves up a delectable breakfast, lunch and dinner. Open Monday- Thursday 6:00am-3:00pm and Friday-Sunday 6:00am-8:00pm.  

Tides Oyster Bar, Celebrate the spirit of New Orleans with pan roasts, gumbos, Po Boys and an extensive raw oyster bar. The sleek space also offers several big screen televisions for catching the big game. Open Sunday-Thursday 11:00am to 9:30pm. Friday & Saturday 11:00am to 10:30pm.  

Hank's(*), prime steaks, fresh seafood, signature appetizers and unique side dishes, all carefully prepared by a hand-picked team of master chefs. Enjoy live entertainment at the piano bar for a pre-dinner drink or a romantic night cap. Hank's is open nightly from 5:00pm.
