Deluxe Oceanview, The Deluxe Ocean View category will guarantee guests a room located on the 6th, 5th or 4th floor. These rooms are located on the ocean-side of the 2nd elevator bank which is located mid-span in either the North or South Tower. Angled ocean view from inside the room, located on a higher floor and is closer to the ocean. All Deluxe Ocean View rooms will be furnished in our new Kohala Sunset decor. Oceanfront One Bedroom Suite, 1477 square feet in size. These are one- bedroom Suites that offer full views of the ocean from both the bedroom, living room and 2 private lanais. This spacious, elegant suite includes a parlor that is separated by classic French doors.  

• The sofa bed in the living room pulls out. There is a powder room in living room. This suite connects to spacious Ocean View Rooms to become a Two Bedroom Ocean Front Suite. Oceanfront Two Bedroom Suite, Oceanfront 1 Bedroom Suites can connect to an Ocean View room to become a Two-Bedroom Oceanfront Suite. All Suites will be placed on Special Attention Status and include a welcome amenity.  

Presidential Suite(*), 3214 square feet. The South Tower Presidential Suite is a luxurious oceanfront suite located on the top (6th) floor of the South Tower, overlooking the magnificent white sand beach, swimming lagoon and the Pacific Ocean. It features a full kitchen and separate dining room, a living room and parlor area with a sofa (no sofa bed).  

The master bedroom beckons with a romantic four-poster king bed, a dressing area and vanity, plus a full bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. There is also a separate powder room off the living room.  

Two spacious private lanais offer incredible views of the beach, lagoon, Pacific Ocean and Coconut Grove. One lanai is accessible from the master bedroom and the larger one can be accessed from the living room/dining room area.

The exceptional island-inspired menu features fresh Hawaiian fish, some of the finest locally grown produce and herbs. Nightly entertainment by a Hawaiian duo and a hula dancer.  

Norio's Sushi Bar & Restaurant, Norio's features authentic Japanese cuisine plus exciting signature items, and is located adjacent to The Orchid Court Restaurant. Enjoy watching the sushi masters at the eight-seat sushi bar, or opt for Norio's private dining room overlooking a serene koi pond.
